Build on Nolmo

Another system can work with a Nolmo workspace the way a person does: make cases, read them, answer customers and hear what happens. Everything goes through one API, with one key per system.

  • Send cases in: Make a case from a contact form, a returns page or a shop, once, and find it again.
  • Answer a customer: Read a case's thread, reply to the customer, leave a note for the team.
  • Receive webhooks: Hear what happens to cases, and check that it was Nolmo that said it.

Reference

Every route, field and event is in the API reference, drawn from the same document you can feed to a code generator: api.nolmo.no/v1/openapi.json. Its changelog is at the bottom of the reference.

What stays the same

Within /v1 a field or an event is only ever added. Ignore the fields and events you do not know, and your code keeps working. A removal, a rename or a change of meaning is /v2: announced six months before, and served beside /v1 for twelve.
